Please note that we do not accept in-store returns and refund.

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?

If you wish to return a product purchased from www.chiaroscuro.pk, you can do so within 10 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product or are different from what you purchased.

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing chiaroscuromenswear@gmail.com or calling 0328-437 6167 to raise a dispute. At Chiaroscuro, we assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both parties.

We will send a replacement if we ship a defective, faulty, or damaged item. However, before processing any claims, you must email photographic evidence of the defective item to chiaroscuromenswear@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Certain scenarios may make it difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, including:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • Damage due to product usage.
  • Tampering with the product.
  • Missing components from the package such as price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Undergarments: Exchanges or returns are not possible without the original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.
  • Packs: Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered a single item and cannot be partially or individually returned.
  • Accessories: Must be returned with the original packaging intact.
  • Fragrances: Must be returned in the original, sealed packaging.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?

The deadline for all returns is 14 Calendar days from the delivery date.

If you received the correct items and sizes, you are responsible for paying the courier charges for all returns to Chiaroscuro.

 CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Customers can exchange all products purchased from https://chiaroscuro.pk/ within 14 days of purchase only if:

  • The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT ANY Chiaroscuro?

Yes, you can exchange items at any Chiaroscuro store as long as the store has the section from which the garment comes (Men / Women), except for factory outlets.

Please note that we do not offer exchange and refund on sales items.
