You can have your order delivered to any private address — such as your home, workplace, or a designated drop point. Please note that we do not deliver to post office boxes.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your Chiaroscuro order will typically arrive within 6–7 business days after it has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.

3. How much does delivery cost?

We’re delighted to offer Free Delivery on all orders, no minimum spend required.

4. Which courier will deliver my order?

The courier depends on your location and delivery type. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the courier details and tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your doorstep. Simply click on the provided link to view real-time updates.

6. What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives?

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, you’ll receive an SMS notification from the courier. You can either arrange a re-delivery or have a designated family member or trusted person receive the parcel on your behalf.
